Delivery and returns.

 

* Delivery within 4 Hours between 8 AM and 8 PM.   

Shipping.

We will always ship out your order as soon as we can.

Most of the items will be delivered on the same or next day. However, due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, sometimes it may take 3 to 5 business days to ship your order.  

We use USPS for domestic orders. It takes 2 - 3 working days for delivery if you purchase your product from Monday to Thursday. If you purchase your product on Friday or Saturday, please consider an additional 2 more days to enjoy your product.

International Shipping. 

We offer international shipping to most countries in the world between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on destination and the timing of your order. 

After purchasing an item you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is on the way to you. 

We don't charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the exclusive responsibility of the customer. There are different delivery costs depending on destination. We will share the expenses with you. You will see a breakdown as you check out.

We strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. 

Returns. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. All products must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must not be washed, used or altered. We don't accept returns  of clearance items. 

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective or received incorrectly, we will be happy to provide a return label. 

To request a return label, please send an email to jaime@rfahrion.com  with the following descriptions: 

- Tracking number 

- Name of the product

- Date you purchased it

We would like to know the reason of the return or exchange, helping us to correct any issues. We want to be better with every purchase and satisfy our customers with the quality and service they deserve.
